The opener track is just fitting by name of “Emersion”, because that is just what it does. Then the album proceeds to put you into a trance of solid catchy dance filled electro tracks with hints of guitar. This albums theme is varied but I can see the hints of other worldly (more ethereal and universal then netherworld) thought and delving into the psyche just a tad. I tell you I’m willing at this point to check out the bands other albums. Some stand out tracks on this disc are: “Watchers” (straight up dance song with some really catchy synth lines), “Unison” (Title track with a good message), “Traveler” (more psychedelic driven dance number), “Lethargy (Rise)” (good build up and great lyrics), and “Inner Light” (a bit more on the bizarre which nicely breaks the monotony of the album). If you want a solid dance album then check this out, because Angels and Agony are damned good at what they do.
