American Werewolves

1968

[CD]

By: Pauly Psychotic

The American Werewolves return with their second album titled: "1968"! Trevor Movement still violently crooning his way through every song as in the previous release.

However, I do see more improvement in this release though from the previous debut release, but still a lot of songs sounding pretty close to each other but they do have a little more catchy choruses to them that hold this release together. One thing I do like about this release is a couple of the slower songs they have surprised me with! It's a good change in pace! The songs, "For Your Blood", "I Spit On Your Grave", "Nothing In The Dark", "Scream A Little Scream", and their cover of Sam The Sham's "Little Red Riding Hood", being my personal favorites on this CD.

This album goes along way for the band, and I am anticipating their third release. Also there are some more B-Movie and Punk Rock influences in this CD to draw forth any Horror fan to listen to this one hell of a CD.
