If the death metal thrashing isn't enough to keep you interested, maybe the guitar solo laden tracks are. In today's death metal scene, there's a serious lack in guitar solos, but surprisingly, there are a few on here that kept my interest, so I guess that's always a plus. The constant spurts between the vocals, where one set has the fiery spark vocals, and the other lets out monstrous, throaty doomsy vocals, also leave an interesting taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I like it, but it's somewhat refreshing.

All aside, there isn't much more I can say about this band/album. It's your standard death/black music that has the same ferocity as most other bands in the genre. Granted the band's sound is a little more perplexed and the imagery is somewhat odder, it's all the same. It's a good listen but nothing more than that.
